Terms of Purchase

Dear user (‘you’, ‘your’, ‘yours’), when customers (‘user’, ‘users’) wish to carry out purchases from All That Matters Academy (‘us’, ‘we’, ‘our’) from our online course platform (‘site’), they must agree with these terms of purchase, which are compliant with the Danish Law of Consumer Rights (Købeloven) regarding sale of online services.

The user

Everyone (any age) may register a profile and use our site.

You must be at least of legal age (18 years old) in order to carry out payments, submit orders or type in credit card and other payment details, or you must be supervised by a person of legal age.

Payment methods & infrastructure

We receive payments via our site with the following cards:

  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover
  • as well via Paypal.

All prices are in euros € and include value-added tax, VAT (Denmark, 25%).

Are you representing a business or do you make purchases for business purposes, then you can mark the “Business” checkbox on the purchase page and add you VAT number.

Third parties involved in transactions on our site:

  • We use Stripe as our payment gateway to handle payment card transactions on our site. Stripe is an authorised transaction handler who lives up to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) by encrypting all card information and transferred data according to the newest SSL/TLS (Security Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security) protocol, ensuring a safe connection between you and our site.
  • We allow payments via Paypal, in which case you will be transferred temporarily to Paypal’s own payment gateway and must accept their terms and conditions for finishing the transaction.
  • We use the Memberpress plugin by Caseproof LLC as our payment funnel and webshop that collects your necessary data to carry through the purchase and connects to and communicates with the payment gateway. Memberpress is installed on our own servers and is not a third-party managed software – but we receive Memberpress updates from Caseproof LLC and will when necessary grant administrator access to them for maintenance and support.


When you purchase a subscription from our site, you are immediately granted access to all features included in the subscription plan. To make use of this access, log in to the site www.allthatmatters.academy with your chosen username and password.

To inspect and manage your subscription settings and payment data, go to the profile menu (hover your cursor on your profile image in the top bar) and click the menu point: Subscriptions & payments. Here you have your personal account (‘your account’), only visible to you and administrators.

On your account you can manage (pause, resume, change, end) your subscriptions and view all past payments and download past invoices.

To edit your billing information, go to your profile page and click to manage/edit your info. Then click the ‘Billing info’ tab.

Subscriptions & recurring payments

Payments for subscriptions are recurring and are charged in the beginning of a billing period. The billing period (for example a month, a quarter/3 months, half a year/6 months) is clearly stated in the subscription details and during the purchase steps.

After your order submission, your first payment will automatically be charged. If a subscription includes a free trial, the first payment will not be charged before the end of this trial period. Subscriptions are available via your profile on the site immediately after order submission.

If case of discounts, coupon codes and other price reductions on subscriptions or other products, we will charge your payment at the reduced/discounted price following the usual billing periods for the subscription. Are the price reductions/discounts temporary and applying for a certain duration in time (‘discounted period’), your billing will automatically at the end of the discounted period change to the unreduced/nondiscounted payment going forward and your subscription will continue unaltered.

Storage of your data

When you type in your payment details data and other personal information (‘billing info’) required for submitting an order, we keep your data stored safely on our site. We store your billing info with no expiration date, as long as the subscription is active, in order to continue your subscription and charge your payment in each new billing period. If your subscription ends or is terminated, we delete all your stored billing info no later than one month after the subscription has run out.

We store your transaction history including past invoices, which you can access and view via your account.

You can at any time see and edit or delete your billing info on your account when logged in. See more about our handling of your data in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of subscriptions

Our subscriptions do not expire automatically. You can manually end or change your subscription via your account.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 2 months notice.

If we no longer offer your current subscription plan/pricing, and you end or change your subscription, you will not be able to return to this same subscription plan in the future.

Warranty & refunds

You have the right to cancellation and a full refund of any reason until 14 days after order submission, according to the Danish Consumer Law. The refund is carried out via bank transfer to your bank account or via Paypal to your Paypal account.

After these first 14 days, we do not offer refunds for completed payments.

Note that subscription plans may have a free trial period during which we do not charge your payment. Trial periods are clearly stated in the subscription details and during the purchase steps. If you cancel a subscription during a trial period (before the first payment has been charged), no payment will be charged.

To request a refund, contact a site administrator directly or contact us via the contact form. Please state your full name, username/@handle on the site, e-mail address or phone number (or other means of contact directly to you), as well as either bank account number (including SWIFT and IBAN codes in case of international (not within Denmark) bank transfers) or Paypal account information. We might contact you to ensure who you are, before carrying out any refunds, in which case you must comply and provide us with the relevant and necessary information for us to validate your person.

Cancellation & binding period

Our subscriptions have no binding period. You may at any time cancel your subscription via your account.

Note, our subscriptions are charged for a full billing period in advance (in the beginning of the billing period). We do not offer refunds for completed payments. If you cancel your subscription during a billing period, you will therefor still have access to the subscription plan until the end of the currently paid billing period.

Complaints & inquiries

You have the right to complain about factual errors in the services you have purchased access to until 3 years after purchase, according to the Danish Consumer Law.
